Oleoresins

Oleoresins are semi-solid or liquid extracts composed of resin and essential or fatty oil, of raw materials like spices and vegetables. They are obtained by solvent extraction followed by removal of the solvents by evaporation of the solvents. Oleoresins contain the volatile as well as non-volatile constituents of the raw material used and represent the character of the respective raw materials completely. Oleoresins can replace whole/ground spices without impairing any flavor and aroma. We can offer various concentrations of the oleoresins depending on customer requirements.
